Best Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 deals: Free from select carriers

Samsung has a new pair of wearables out: the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The former continues the tradition of the Galaxy Watch line that has consistently made it our favorite Android smartwatch for the last several years. The 2024 model returns with a familiar look and a number of underlying upgrades and new features, including a 3x faster processor, a new sleep-tracking AI algorithm, and sleep apnea detection.

Best Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 deals

There are some great launch deals going on right now for the Watch 7, with a little something for everyone. Samsung and its major retail partners are still offering the free fabric band with purchase, so you’ll get two bands with your new Watch for the regular price. You also have some nice trade-in options at Samsung and Best Buy. Depending on the model and condition of your trade, you can receive up to $300 towards the purchase of the Watch. Finally, if you don’t mind committing to a carrier long-term, T-Mobile will essentially give you the LTE model for free if you add a data line for it.

Free $50 band

Samsung is not currently offering any direct discounts on the Galaxy Watch 7, but there are still a few ways to save. You can still get a free $50 fabric band for another few weeks at least. You can also get up to $250 in instant trade-in credit for use towards the purchase of the Watch, or you can save up to $60 instantly if your job qualifies for one of Samsung’s Offer Programs.

Best Buy

Free $50 band

Best Buy is not offering any direct discounts on the Galaxy Watch 7, but it is still giving away the free $50 fabric band with purchase that we saw during preorders. You can also get trade-in credit of up to $300 by trading in your old wearable, though the amount substantially varies depending on its model and condition.

Amazon

Free $50 band with purchase

Similar to Best Buy, Amazon is still offering a free fabric band with purchase of the Watch 7. It’s a savings of $50, but you’ll want to act quickly, as this is likely just a temporary launch deal that will end soon. If the $300 is a little steep right now, Amazon will let qualified buyers break it up into 12 monthly payments of $25.

Verizon does not appear to be participating in the free band launch deal (though it’s worth double-checking), but it has some other promotions that could help with the Watch 7 price tag. You can save up to $180 with a trade-in, or save $170 on select Galaxy Watches with the purchase of a 5G smartphone and new line of service.

AT&T

Save $100 with Z Flip or Fold 6 purchase

AT&T will take $100 off your Galaxy Watch 7 when you order it with a Z Flip 6 or Z Fold 6. This, of course, requires buying the Watch on an installment plan and adding an eligible data plan, but if you were already looking to do this at a carrier, it’s an easy way to save 30%.

T-Mobile

Free w/ new line

T-Mobile’s Watch 7 offer is easily the most interesting right now. Purchase the watch on a monthly payment plan and activate a new data line for it, and you can get $350 back in bill credits. This essentially makes the Watch free by the time it’s all said and done.
