False. The biggest and most advanced game of last generation A.K.A Red Dead Redemption 2 runs at NATIVE 4K resolution on Xbox One X vs 1080p checkerboarding upscaling on PS4 Pro to hit “4K” which looks worse than base PS4´s native 1080p resolution.
PS4 Pro version with its checkerboarding tech couldn´t even beat the freaking STADIA´s version of that game.
Xbox One X destroyed them all but the PC version for obvious reasons.
So don´t even try and compare those console because there´s a golf between the two. Xbox One X literally can render 4x faster than the PS4 Pro, so comparisons aren´t even funny.
Remember: No upscaling trickery will ever trump RAW POWER, period!
