As of Nov. 4, you can save 50% on your Election Day rides to the polls by using Lyft. Just use promo code VOTE24 when requesting your ride or preload the code and schedule it ahead of time. It’s valid from 5 AM to 10 PM in every time zone and you can use it on a rideshare, bikeshare, or scooter ride – it’s up to you.
You can save up to $10 off your ride with the code, so if it’s $20 to get to your destination, you can score your polling booth transportation for just $10. Longer distances will obviously cost more, and your fare will depend on what type of Lyft ride you request, but if you need a quick and reliable way to get to the polls, this might be your best option.
