I would go for Dragon Age: Origins with DLCs; if you like that, then Dragon Age Inquisition with DLCs.
If you really like them both, go for Dragon Age II, but keep in mind, it’s kind of a different game, toned down and more action oriented; play only if you’re a fan of DA and want to get more of the story.
Personally, i would skip Veilguard, but that’s up to you. At least, i would wait for deep sale. See a couple of reviews first too.
