Jon Stewart uses a donut to show where Democrats keep going wrong

Jon Stewart is fed up with Democrats playing by the rules, while the Republicans keep finding creative/exploitative/dodgy ways to bypass them.

In the Daily Show monologue above the host goes through some GOP examples, from the way they hypocritically stacked the Supreme Court during Donald Trump’s last presidency to Trump looking for ways to bypass the Senate to install his dodgy cabinet picks.

“Let this show be the utterly ineffective hypocrisy finders. I can tell you from experience, it does nothing,” says a frustrated Stewart in the clip above, addressing the Democrats directly. “You guys be the loophole guys that figure out how to get shit done, because they don’t give a f*** about your norms. They will exploit any loophole, even if they have to go through clearly closed windows to do it.”

To illustrate the point, Stewart uses a needle and thread, followed by a donut, to make his point painfully clear.
