Nope, spiderman is disney’s not sonys, if disney has allowed the devs use of the character then they can use the character, sony only owns the movie rights, some tv rights and a small portion of toys etc, they may be able to say no to the costume in the ps4 game being used(depending on the deal), maybe even make the suit exclusive on ps4/5, but Sony has no say on use of the character outside of movies.
