Rocket League Fans Can Save Big On A Cool Controller Bundle At Amazon

Rocket League remains one of the most popular online multiplayer games nearly 10 years after its initial release. It’s surprising there aren’t more officially licensed accessories celebrating the vehicular soccer game, but at least the recently launched CRKD Neo S Rocket League Gold Controller looks very cool. Normally $60, the compact Bluetooth controller is on sale for only $39 at Amazon. This is the best price yet for the controller, and it comes with a matching charging stand.

$39 (was $60)

The CRKD Neo S connects via Bluetooth and works with Nintendo Switch, PC, Steam Deck, and mobile platforms. Despite the low price, it’s also equipped with Hall Effect thumbsticks that are more precise than standard sticks while mitigating the risk of drift. The stick caps are swappable–stick top packs with four different styles cost $20–and the Neo S also has adjustable trigger tension as well as two remappable back buttons.

For additional customization, you can sync your controller with its companion mobile app to adjust your settings. As a bonus, this edition also comes bundled with a themed charging dock, ensuring it’s always ready for your next play session.

As for the design, the face of the controller sports a large Rocket League logo depicted in black and gold. The back, meanwhile, is largely black minus a few golden accents. It’s a good-looking gamepad with a premium feel for players who like compact controllers.

A few other versions of the Neo are on sale, though note that these don’t include a charging dock. And while the Fortnite Festival Edition isn’t on sale, it includes a detachable module with five fret buttons designed for Fortnite’s Guitar Hero-esque mode.

If you’re looking for a good way to play Switch in handheld mode, the CRKD Nitro Deck+ is seeing a $20 discount, while Nitro Deck Controller Bundles with carrying cases are $10 off. Give them a look if you’re frequently playing in handheld mode, as they offer a more ergonomic experience than the standard Joy-Con.
