It was good , I enjoyed my time with it , definitely way better then 13 & 15 but it’s one of those games that once I beat it I really didn’t think about it much after or had much of a desire to replay it. Honestly it felt like playing a FFxiv expansion without patch content and multiplayer. Might replay it in a couple years with the dlc but we’ll see.
I personally think the action era of FF should end with FF7:Re 3 , Rebirth is peak and I can’t even imagine how phenomenal part 3 will be .
I’d like to see them try and make a Baulders Gate or Pillars of Eternity still style FF RPG where choice actually matters . Hell I’d like to see a FF take place in space especially when you consider how alot of baddies in FF (as a series) are cosmic entities lol .
