The answers to today’s Quordle, game #1176, are…
I began with one word where I had all five letters in incorrect positions, W-R-A-L-D. I got DRAWL after deciding DR was the perfect starting combination, but in hindsight I don’t think any other word would have been possible.
It was a similar story for the second word, but with just four incorrect letters. After a process of elimination I dismissed the only other words I could think of with R-A-O-T in them (ROAST and ABORT) and decided ACTOR was the only possibility.
A nice mental work out.
