With two beagles in my apartment, keeping up with pet hair is a constant battle. This Ryobi stick vacuum has been a total upgrade from the bulky (corded) upright I used to have. I use it every day for the floors, and its attachments are perfect for getting dog hair off the couch and cleaning baseboards. Best of all, it’s so lightweight that it never feels like a chore. (To be clear, this isn’t a pet vacuum and it doesn’t have a fancy smell filter, but it does the trick. If you have huskies or larger, furrier dogs, I’d recommend getting a pet-specific vacuum.)
My absolute favorite feature, however, is the LED light on the roller bar. It illuminates all the dust and pet hair on the floor that I would have otherwise missed, ensuring I actually get everything. When I’m done, it stands on its own, and I just hang it in my closet (with the included wall mount) for easy storage. It’s the definition of cordless convenience.
If you’ve been looking for a reliable, versatile, and easy-to-store cordless vacuum, I can’t recommend this one enough. But if you want to snag it for $169, you’ll have to act fast — the sale ends tomorrow.
