Wyze Cam Pan v3 review: Panoramic value

Wyze’s first indoor-outdoor pan-tilt camera is crazy good for 40 bucks

While there are plenty of brands to choose from, Wyze has been a go-to option for many years now, offering a great balance between performance and price. When we reviewed the Wyze Cam Pan v3, we loved that it was affordable and versatile. While it was a great price then at $40 for a single unit, this new 2-pack bundle at just $56 is even better, providing more bang for your buck for a limited time.

What’s great about the Wyze Cam Pan v3?

What makes this camera special is that you get a wide range of motion, which means you can monitor any space with just one camera. You get 1080p visuals, along with color night vision. The camera can be used indoors, and also has an IP65 rating, which means it’s great for use outdoors as well.

The only catch is that you will need a weatherproof cable as well, which is sold separately. The camera also features motion tracking, two-way audio, and 24/7 recording if you pop in a micoSD card. There’s also cloud storage available as well if you sign up for service.

Overall, you’re getting a pretty robust package here with the Wyze Cam Pan v3. And at this price, it becomes a no-brainer if you’ve been looking for an affordable way to monitor your home or other locations.
