If Among Us players aren’t too busy trying to root out imposters, the crewmates are getting a little taste of life on the farm in a new collaboration with Stardew Valley.
“The spacebeans yearn for the cozy charm of farm life, away from the sabotages of space,” wrote developer Innersloth on the official site for Among Us. “They’ve gained inspiration from Stardew Valley–it has their two favorite things: tasks and NO Impostors. Unless…?”

There’s also a very small update for the game’s Create Game screen, which will now feature updated backgrounds to reflect the maps chosen by players.
Among Us had a collaboration with Genshin Impact that concluded last month. Innersloth also celebrated the game’s seventh anniversary earlier this year. Innersloth also released a non-VR port of Among Us VR, which was renamed Among Us 3D. Outside of the game, the Among Us animated series will debut at some point in the future.
As for Stardew Valley, a Switch 2 port is coming this fall with Joy-Con 2 mouse controls and four-player local co-op. However, it might be a long wait before Stardew Valley’s 1.7 update is released.
