After Xbox Bodywash Comes The Inevitable Next Step: Xbox Crocs

Microsoft’s next product category has emerged. No, it’s not more Xbox bodywash. It’s shoes. More specifically, Microsoft is teaming up with Crocs, Inc. for a new line of Xbox-branded Crocs and themed Jibbitz.

The shoes go on sale tomorrow, November 25, so you don’t have to wait very long to get your feet into them. The $80 shoes have been “designed with gamers in mind,” the company said.

The individual black-and-green shoes are labeled “Player Left” and “Player Right,” and include fixed joysticks and buttons on them, replicating the Xbox controller. Crocs will also sell a five-pack of Jibbitz charms, focused on Xbox franchises like Halo, Doom, Fallout, World of Warcraft, and Sea of Thieves.

Xbox, on your feet.

You can put your name on the waitlist for information on availability on the Crocs website. It’s been reported that the Xbox Crocs go on sale November 25 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET.

Xbox and Adidas previously teamed up for specially branded shoes, so these Crocs are not actually the first officially licensed Xbox shoes. As for other Crocs gaming collabs, you can also buy Animal Crossing and Sonic Crocs.

In other Xbox news, there are many discounts to be had on all manner of Xbox items for Black Friday, including a very good discount on the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Microsoft recently raised the price of Xbox Game Pass from $20 to $30 for a month of Game Pass Ultimate, but major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and others are not adopting the new price.
