This 90Hz Samsung tablet is only $140 right now

If you’re looking for a new tablet that won’t break the bank during the already-expensive holiday season, you might want to take a look at this A-series Samsung tablet.

I’m talking about Samsung’s 2023-released Galaxy Tab A9+, which is currently all the way down to just $140 on Amazon.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ review: ‘Good enough’ is still pretty good

A midrange tablet that neither stands out nor falls flat

Now, of course, this isn’t a flagship or top-of-the-line tablet by any means, and if you’re going to buy it, you’d need to have realistic expectations.

You won’t get Tab S11 Ultra or iPad Pro level performance for $140, but if you’re simply looking for a big-screen media consumption device, the sub-$150 Samsung tablet punches well above its weight class.

The Tab A9+ features a responsive 90Hz 11-inch display, complete with a Dolby Atmos supported quad-speaker system that should be enough for your bedtime night media consumption needs.

The Snapdragon 695 chipset inside is reliable for streaming and web browsing, and should be able to power casual titles on it with ease. Just don’t expect to go full Genshin Impact at high settings, and you should be good.

A steal while the deal lasts

The $140 discounted price tag is for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant, which should offer an optimized experience if you don’t plan to juggle multiple apps at once. If you do plan to multitask and treat the A9+ as a somewhat productivity-focused device, you might want to go for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant.

The higher spec model costs a little more, but it, too, is currently discounted. It regularly costs $270, but it is currently discounted down to $190.

If RAM isn’t a concern, but storage is, you’ll be happy to know that the tablet has a dedicated microSD card slot, allowing you to expand storage by up to 1TB.

Ultimately, this makes the Tab A9+ the perfect couch companion device that’s dependable for its $150 price tag. This appears to be a limited-time Amazon deal, so if you’ve been eyeing the tablet, now’s the perfect time to snag it.
