Yeah… It is kinda strange they chose to do that. In my case however, as a Civil Designer I’m unfortunately used to things not “lining up” or being uniform in the real world haha. So many site developments and roadways where things had to not look pretty and set off my OCD because there was no other choice. With Animal Crossing, I embraced the same thing and just accepted it! BUT it would be great if you could move key structures and make things a bit more uniform….
