T-Mobile makes it easier to save if you know where to look

It’s been a long journey, but T-Mobile has emerged as one of the best carriers in the US, delivering impressive coverage and service. For those already with the brand, there are plenty of reasons to stick around. While those searching for something new have something to look forward to.

Of course, like many other carriers, T-Mobile provides a wealth of different options when it comes to plans, with prices starting at just $50/month. While reasonable, it appears that the brand also has two plans that you won’t find on any nationally advertised campaign, which current subscribers can access if they know about them.

This might be worth looking into

The Mobile Report shares that these two plans can be accessed by subscribers in order to unlock new savings. However, there will be small differences here and there when compared to the brand’s traditional plans. The first plan uses the current Experience More plan as its blueprint and is dubbed “Experience More with Appreciation Savings”.

For the most part, you get all the same benefits as the Experience More plan, but the price of the lines comes in a bit cheaper. While the standard Experience More plan comes with lines priced at $85/$140/$170/$200, the Experience More with Appreciation Savings plan provides a small discount with lines costing $75/$120/$150/$180.

As far as caveats, The Mobile Report shares that this plan does not provide the same value when it comes to trade-ins, which means that if you are thinking about trading in a phone, you will lose some value in exchange for a cheaper price plan. Again, this is a plan that isn’t advertised, so if this looks interesting, you’ll want to ask if it’s available to see if you can save.

There’s another option

The Mobile Report also details another plan, called the Loyalty Plan, which apparently has been something that T-Mobile has already offered in the past, but now shows up in this newly uncovered documentation. This plan costs quite a bit less, but also requires some major sacrifices. The plan costs $65/$120/$132/$144, depending on how many lines you’re looking to activate.

But from the looks of it, you’re going to get the best deal by signing up for more lines. There is no price guarantee, and there will be no free line offers if they are ever available. Premium data for the account is capped at 50GB, and you also get hotspot connectivity at 3G speeds. Furthermore, you do get connectivity outside the US in Canada and Mexico, but only at 2G speeds.

You’ll need to ask for them

Again, these are plans that aren’t advertised, so if you’re looking to save, you’ll need to ask a representative about these plans and see if they are available. For the most part, it appears that these plans are to retain customers looking for change. But if you feel like this is something that would work for you at the moment, we say it’s worth trying.
