Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has a total of 12 nominations in 10 categories.
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has announced the nominees for the 22nd Annual BAFTA Games Awards, which will take place on April 17 as a part of the London Games Festival. This year, 42 games have been nominated in 17 categories–and just like nearly every other awards show this year, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has earned more nominations than any other game.

But Sandfall Interactive’s beloved debut title isn’t the only game with multiple nominations. Dispatch is in second place with nine nominations, Ghost of Yotei has earned eight, Death Stranding 2 has earned seven, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has earned six, and Embark Studios’ popular extraction shooter, Arc Raiders, has earned five nominations.
“This year’s nominations reflect an industry reshaping itself–with a vibrant mix of established studios standing alongside a wide range of independent studios, and a number of development teams earning nominations for the first time,” BAFTA Games Committee chair Tara Saunders said in a press release announcing the nominees. “The exceptional craft, artistry and innovation behind these titles shines through. A nomination is an extraordinary achievement, and I extend my warmest congratulations to every nominee for their innovation, hard work and resilience.”
