I pretty much only drink mushroom coffee these days (unless I’m out and about) and don’t even own a standard coffee maker anymore — my old Nespresso machine started leaking, so it’s currently shoved under a cabinet where I pretend it doesn’t exist. But this discounted De’Longhi espresso machine is tempting. It’s the kind of premium appliance that makes you want to become a very specific type of morning person (Instagram girlies know what I’m talking about).

It features a built-in conical burr grinder and an interactive touch screen with “Bean Adapt” technology that helps you dial in the right grind, dose, and temperature for your specific beans. It also has 10 preset drink options, so you can make specialty drinks whenever you feel like it without it being a whole thing. It even has a dedicated cold-extraction mode that brews cold brew in under five minutes. (I’m literally talking myself into buying it as I write this.)

Speaking of performance, tons of reviewers say this machine outperforms Breville by a long shot. One reviewer even noted that, while they loved both, the De’Longhi “edges out the Breville” in reliability and ease of use.
