What you need to know

  • Pixel 11 Pro XL design leaks show it looks nearly identical to the Pixel 11 Pro, just in a larger form factor.
  • Specs may include a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display, Tensor G6 chip, and a possible MediaTek modem upgrade.
  • The phone is expected to retain the flat back, rounded corners, and signature horizontal camera bar design.

Following leaks of the Google Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro, the design of the Pixel 11 Pro XL has now surfaced, and it looks exactly how you’d expect.

Over the past week, we’ve already seen renders of the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro, shared by Android Headlines in collaboration with @OnLeaks on X. Now, the publication has revealed the larger sibling, the Pixel 11 Pro XL. As expected, it looks very similar to the Pixel 11 Pro, just in a bigger form factor.

As revealed earlier, the Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to stick with the same design language as the Pixel 10 Pro XL, featuring a flat back, rounded corners, and a horizontal camera bar across the rear. Like the other Pixel 11 models, the camera bar appears fully black, with the frame matching the phone’s body color.

According to the report, the Pixel 11 Pro XL measures 162.7 x 76.5 x 8.5mm, which is nearly identical to the Pixel 10 Pro XL, though slightly shorter and narrower by about 0.1mm. The report also notes that final colors may differ, as CAD renders don’t typically reflect actual color options.

In terms of specs, you can expect a similar 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display. The phone will likely be powered by the next-gen Tensor G6 chip, along with a possible shift to a MediaTek M90 modem for 2026 Pixel devices. The report also suggests that due to rising RAM costs, Google might reduce the base RAM on the Pixel 11 Pro from 16GB to 12GB, though this remains speculative.

It’s still too early to say whether Google will increase pricing for the Pixel 11 series. We should have a clearer picture closer to launch, likely around August or September, as more details start to surface.

Android Central’s Take

Google seems to be sticking to the don’t fix what’s not broken approach again, and while that’s not a bad thing, I’d have liked to see at least some meaningful change on the Pro XL this year.
