We’ve accepted it with Elden Ring, Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom, The Ark, Minecraft, and many many more games.
Not all games needs a great story.
The story in Crimson Desert isn’t very bad thou, it’s just told slowly and often in a weird way. I actually start to like the story, even if it took many chapters for me to feel that.
However, I don’t play Crimson Desert for a great story, I play it in the same way I played Elden Ring, Valheim, Minecraft amd other exploration based games.
