The Karu 12 lets you use wood, charcoal, or the Ooni Gas Burner attachment (sold separately) to make restaurant-quality pizzas. It will take about 15 minutes to heat up to a blazing hot 950 degrees Fahrenheit, which allows you to make nearly instant pizzas (under 60 seconds). There is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, professional-level pizzas will certainly be flowing.
What’s great about the Ooni Karu model is that it’s decently portable at just 26.5 pounds. Fold up the legs and pack it with you for your next camping trip, tailgate, or picnic.
