Tucker Carlson, once a big supporter of Donald Trump, is now saying he regrets his decision to back the president — but Jimmy Kimmel has little sympathy.
“That’s big,” Kimmel says in the clip above, after playing a video from The Tucker Carlson Show of the host saying he’s “sorry for misleading people” about Trump. “Tucker Carlson apologizing for helping Trump get elected. I believe they call that liar’s remorse.”
With a clip, Kimmel goes on to assure viewers that even though Carlson has changed his views on Trump, he still says doctors are “like, the worst people in America.”
“Thanksgiving at the Carlson’s must be a barrel of laughs. ‘Doctors are the worst people.’ I hope that when Tucker Carlson shows up at an emergency room one day, all he hears from the doctors is this,” says Kimmel, cutting to a montage of Carlson’s own disturbing laugh. “Sometimes laughter is the worst medicine.”
