Regardless of what you think of him, they’ve definitely had the biggest turn around, compared to the xbox one launch and ps4 launch.
In fact it’s Sony who’s doing a really poor job of communicating and actually taking actions that benefit gamers. This close to launch, they still haven’t revealed vital information about the console, they did a closed off play test for Japanese media – whereas Microsoft sent actual consoles out to journalists who had a decent amount of time to test and get familiar with the system, obviously a closed off play area versus having the console in your hands and testing with no company execs watching, is night and day difference.
Also, the upgrade to next gen versions of games has been a complete shambles, I just think Sony/Playstation leadership have lost their minds, they went from for the players, to hiding, they think the console will just sell itself, and it will to a certain degree, but once word of mouth spreads and people get things in their hands, I think the tide will change.
