The cost of making it themselves?
What are you going to 3D print an exact replica? Honestly if you have the tools to make your own cover for less than the cost to buy it from Sony I don’t think Sony is going to care unless you’re selling exact replicas. And if someone has all the needed tools and isn’t creative enough to at least use a custom art work well that’s a little sad honestly.
I don’t think that’s an issue at all.
