Forza Horizon 6: Astro Toy Photo Challenge Location

June 11, 2026

Forza Horizon 6‘s first festival playlist, Welcome to Japan, is nearing its end. With Spring being the final season of this introductory set of trials, you have one last photo challenge to complete before seeing what the game has in store for its next playlist: the Astro Toy Photo Challenge. And if you’re curious how to wrap up this rocket-themed challenge, we’ve got you covered in the guide below. Here’s how to complete the Astro Toy Photo Challenge.

Astro Toy Photo Challenge location in Forza Horizon 6

If you check the Astro Toy photo challenge picture in the festival playlist, you can see that your first goal is to find a large rocket of some sort. The rocket in question is the HZN-VI Rocket–which you’ll also need to photograph if you’re working on your Discover Japan photography challenges. Hey, two birds with one stone, right?

To find the HZN-VI Rocket, you’ll need to head to the Space Port at the very bottom of the map in the Nangan region. Check the map below for the exact spot.

HZN-VI Rocket location

The Astro Toy Photo Challenge requires you to take a photo of a Track Toy at the Space Port. This means you don’t necessarily have to have the HZN-VI Rocket in the shot, but you do need a Track Toy vehicle. If you haven’t found one during normal play yet, you can always head to the Autoshow and buy one.

While in your car selection screen, you can choose to filter your cars to only show Track Toys. Do so, select your preferred Track Toy, and hop in.

Snap a pic at the Space Port while in a Track Toy.

Now, make sure your Track Toy is within the Space Port area, press up on the D-Pad to enter photo mode, then line up your shot and press A to take the pic. When you’re done, you’ll earn the “Beam Me Up!” Forza Link phrase, as well as some extra points toward your seasonal total.

It goes without saying, though, that if you’re after the main prizes of the Spring season–the 1996 Toyota Starlet Glanza V and 1974 Toyota Corolla SR5–you still have a lot of challenges to work on before this playlist comes to a close. Best of luck out there, driver.

Forza Horizon 6 is available now on Xbox Series X|S and PC, with a PS5 version slated for later in 2026.
