TL;DR: You can now buy the Pokémon TCG Gengar Mega Moonlit Tin for only $42.99 on Amazon, with $6.96 cut off its standard $49.95 list price. This price gets you four booster packs, a Mega Gengar ex promo card, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live.

Collection tins are a great way to get a selection of Pokémon TCG boosters from different expansions at a reasonable price, and Amazon has delivered a price cut to its new Mega Gengar version right before Prime Day.

As of June 18, the Pokémon TCG Mega Moonlit Tin Mega Gengar ex edition is listed on Amazon for $42.99. That’s 14% off its typical $49.95 price, saving you $6.96 on the sealed collector tin..

Mashable Trend Report

The $42.99 listing is shipped and sold by BigCityCards, with free delivery estimated for June 26 to July 2 at the time of writing. If you want it sooner, Amazon’s main buy box is sitting slightly higher at $43.99 from Champion-Gaming, with free delivery listed for June 22-23. Other Amazon sellers are also close, including Hero Collect at $43.99, Collectors Expedition at $44.45, and Red Rocks Distributing at $44.99.

Inside the tin, you’ll get one foil promo card featuring Mega Gengar ex, four Pokémon TCG booster packs of trading cards (two Chaos Rising, one Perfect Order, and one Phantasmal Flames), and one code card for Pokémon TCG Live.

Based on the $42.99 Amazon price, that works out to about $10.75 per booster pack before factoring in the Gengar promo or the digital code — which marks a nice saving compared to the usual $12-$17 price range we’re seeing for single packs on Amazon these days.

You can also buy the Pokémon TCG Mega Moonlit Clefable ex Tin on sale at Amazon. For more Chaos Rising booster packs, you can grab the Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box for under $90 while stocks last.
