Mega Greninja is about to leap into the Mega Evolution product lineup, and Amazon has already cut the price of the Premium Collection before release day.
As of July 2, the Pokémon TCG Mega Greninja ex Premium Collection is available to pre-order at Amazon for $88.99. That’s 11% off its $99.99 list price, saving you $11 on the sealed box before it officially releases on July 3. Although being sold and shipped by third-party seller Toynado Alley instead of Amazon, this box still comes with a 30-day refund/replacement window and free delivery for as soon as July 6 at the time of writing.
Mashable Trend Report
With eight booster packs included, Amazon’s $88.99 price works out to roughly $11.12 per pack before factoring in the Mega Greninja ex foil promo, oversize lenticular promo card, or tech sticker. As usual, booster packs include 10 trading cards, one Basic Energy, and a Pokémon TCG Live code card.
Mashable Deals
The Premium Collection is built around Mega Greninja ex, giving collectors the Ninja Pokémon in both a playable foil promo and a larger display card. The card’s Mortal Shuriken Ability lets you discard a Basic Water Energy to place six damage counters on one of your opponent’s Pokémon, while its Ninja Spinner attack can potentially hit for 200 damage.
This Amazon price cut is very welcome, butyou should know that you can get the Mega Greninja ex Premium Collection much cheaper elsewhere. TCGplayer currently has 19 presale listings starting from $64.98 with shipping included, which is below its $67.78 market price. Walmart is even lower at $53.99, but that listing is sold and shipped by third-party seller that does not offer returns.
