As of Aug. 5, for instance, the DJI Power 1000 V2 portable power station is down to just $399.98 at Amazon. It retails for $699 at DJI, so that’s a savings of 43% or about $299.

The DJI Power 1000 V2 is the brand’s mid-range power station, falling between the beefy Power 2000 (one of our top picks) and the mini Power 500. It delivers 1,024Wh of power in a relatively compact 31-pound package. Mashable contributor Lauren Allain tested it out earlier this year and noted that she probably wouldn’t want to haul it around all day, but felt comfortable carrying it around the house and loading it into her car without issue.

Perks of the Power 1000 V2, as per Allain’s review, are its whisper-quiet operation, quick-charging capability, doubled on-board AC ports (compared to the first version), and its expansion abilities. The DJI Power 1000 V2 can connect to up to five DJI Expansion Battery 2000s, each adding 2,048Wh, for a massive whole-home backup.

While the Power 1000 V2 is fairly priced on a normal day, it’s a massive bargain right now at 43% off. Allain calls it an “ideal portable power station for creators.”
