Pokémon TCG Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle is close to market price on Amazon — save over $10

Ascended Heroes has become the most expensive Pokémon TCG expansion released this year. You can still find deals, though.

As of Aug. 7, the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle is now on sale on Amazon for $89.99, which is 13% off its typical $102.88 list price. Shipped directly by Amazon itself via a third-party seller, this box with half a dozen packs will reach you between Aug. 16-19 at the time of writing. 

After spending most of July over the $90 mark (shown via price tracker camelcamelcamel), this is the best chance trading card collectors have had to save a few dollars on Ascended Heroes packs in weeks. 

Amazon’s price isn’t quite at market value yet, although it’s getting close. Against TCGplayer’s estimated market price of $87.24, Amazon is only $2.75 higher. However, you can get a sealed Booster Bundle from TCGplayer for the cheapest of all, with listings from RazorbackRarities coming to $87.99 after $4.99 shipping. 

Ascended Heroes has been incredibly popular because, among all the returning Mega Evolution Pokémon, there are some incredibly valuable chase cards worth well over $1,000. If you don’t want to spend some time pulling packs, you can buy each card, like SIR Mega Gengar ex, SIR Pikachu ex, and SIR Mega Dragonite ex, individually on TCGplayer.
