TL;DR

- Microsoft has confirmed that the service is experiencing degradation
- The problem is affecting OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and more.
Microsoft is currently dealing with an issue affecting its 365 services. So, if you have been experiencing problems with OneDrive, Outlook, and more, you’re not alone.
The tech giant has confirmed on its status site that Microsoft 365 is going through service degradation. It appears the impact of the outage extends to several of Microsoft’s offerings, including Universal Print, Outlook for Android and iOS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and more. The issues also vary depending on the service, such as delays or failures to send or receive emails; being unable to load or refresh portions of OneDrive and SharePoint; being unable to create, upload, or retrieve print jobs, and so on.
Microsoft states that it is “continuing to observe positive recovery trends across the affected environments, with service availability remaining stable above 99 percent.” The company adds that it expects “the vast majority of previously impacted users should no longer be experiencing issues related to this event.”
However, over on Downdetector, there are still hundreds of reports coming in that Outlook is still experiencing issues. According to some of the recent comments, users are having trouble with attachments, messages aren’t displaying, and some users are unable to access their inbox and junk folders.
We’ll keep an eye on the situation. This article will be updated when Microsoft resolves the outage and all its services are operational again.
