It’s been a while since MTG’s Hobbit expansion came out, but a new price drop on the dedicated bundle box gives any trading card fan a great reason to jump in and catch up.
As of Sept. 18, the Magic: The Gathering The Hobbit Bundle is $59.99 at Amazon, down 14% from its $69.99 list price. Better still, it’s shipped and sold by Amazon itself, rather than coming through a third-party seller. The retailer estimates free delivery for Sept. 25-26 at the time of writing, but keep in mind that sales will be final and there will be no returns.

What’s more, this new drop means you’re getting Amazon’s lowest-ever price for MTG’s The Hobbit Bundle — confirmed with price tracker camelcamelcamel. Amazon is even undercutting dedicated trading card selling site TCGplayer, with its lowest price dropping only to $62.44 at the time of writing. Amazon’s new price is only $1.34 above the current market price of $58.65.
There’s plenty packed into the box for the money. You’re getting nine 14-card The Hobbit Play Boosters, an alternate-art traditional foil promo, 34 land cards, an oversized Spindown life counter, two reference cards, and a storage box.
Among those lands are four traditional foil full-art seasonal Hobbit cards and 10 full-art Middle-earth Journey lands.
