It’s less than the $47.29 preorder price we covered back in June. Keep in mind that this is being sold by a third-party seller, Collectors Expedition, and free delivery is currently estimated for Sept. 25 at the time of writing.

The tin packs in one foil Mega Clefable ex promo trading card, four Pokémon TCG booster packs (two Chaos Rising, one Perfect Order, and one Phantasmal Flames), and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. At Amazon’s current price, the boosters effectively cost around $8.69 apiece before accounting for the promo card or code.
If this still isn’t cheap enough for your budget, TCGplayer has unopened tins for $27 with shipping included, almost exactly matching its $27.10 market price. Meanwhile, Walmart is also listing the same tin for $34.77 — making for a nice backup if Amazon runs out of stock.
