The game has grown since launch. This key includes the Rise of the Giant expansion, with its new biomes, bosses, weapons, and enemies. It also includes the full run of free post-launch content from Motion Twin and Evil Empire. If you stopped playing early, there’s a lot waiting for you.
It’s the game you know and love. Cells from fallen enemies permanently unlock weapons, skills, and mutations, and there are 150+ to build around. Traversal runes open new routes through the island. If you already beat the game back in the day, Boss Stem Cells raise the difficulty for a tougher run. There are also 121 achievements to work through.
A few things to know before you jump back in. This is the base game only, and the four paid expansions are sold separately. That includes The Bad Seed, Fatal Falls, The Queen and the Sea, and Return to Castlevania.
Progress from another platform won’t carry over, so you’ll be starting fresh. You’ll need a Steam account and Windows 10 or later to run the Steam client. You’ll also need to redeem your code within 30 days of purchase.
