Nurse Harrow has joined Valve’s Deadlock after a community hero vote that drew 110 million votes in total. She is the final hero to come out of the voting rounds Valve ran during the City Never Sleeps release.
The figure is the total across the whole event, not Nurse Harrow’s individual count. Valve’s statistics reportedly show 22,194 players voted exclusively for the new support hero, and one player cast exactly 1,000 votes for her. “Nurse Harrow voters consistently proved to have a higher win rate over all other hero voters,” Valve said.
The final round of a six-hero sequence
The City Never Sleeps voting added heroes in successive rounds: Rat King first, then Baba, Solomon, Deadman Danny, Violet, and finally Nurse Harrow, a support with unorthodox methods. The closest contest of the round was Baba versus Solomon fighting for second place.
Valve’s numbers also captured how the community behaved across every round. Only 847 players voted in every single round and picked each eventual winner, while 36,236 voted in every round and never once chose a winner.
A 110-million-vote game with no release date
The engagement is unusual for the game’s official status. Steam still lists Deadlock as a multiplayer game in early development, Windows only, with no announced release date. Valve has nonetheless let players shape the roster directly, adding six heroes through community votes rather than picking them internally.
When or whether Valve runs another hero voting event is not announced. Deadlock remains available through Steam with no pricing or other platforms listed.
