Absolutely. We need more reviews like this. I don’t think CDPR should get a pass for this game, but I also think that reviewers have a responsibility to identify the games that are worth saving.
As an example, Fallout 76 was an aberration from the beginning. Even if they fixed all the bugs it would still be a bad fallout game. A game like Andromeda however could have benefited from some meaningful DLC. Of course, EA liquidated the studio which made it once the press inundated it with really bad reviews.
I consider the Cyberpunk release to be very similar to Andromeda. How good the final product ends up will depend entirely on ongoing support.
