Welcome to the Achievement guide for The Medium! This is a very easy Achievement list to complete. A majority of these Achievements are all tied to certain points of the story that can’t be missed. There are no difficulty related Achievements and everything can be done in one play through. As easy as this list is, there are a few missable Achievements that you need to be aware of. This isn’t an open world game, so there is no free roam after you beat it. If you miss anything, you’ll have to either reload a previous save file or start over from the beginning. There are a lot of collectibles to find, but this is a pretty linear game, so they’re not that difficult to track down.
