It was a bad sign when they locked up the NFL license. And then bought other football and sports related licenses. Why I haven’t bought sports games in almost 2 decades. And in all those years, I’ve seen no evolution or innovation because of it. Which is one of the MANY reasons why I hate EA.
When you lock something up and monopolize, doesn’t mean I’ll submit and buy what’s offered. I’ll just boycott it. And, in all those years, I didn’t miss it, I found other, more quality games to play in its place.
But, if I chose to play a football game, I’ll just pull out my old, OG Xbox and play NFL 2K5.
