I’m thinking it will be like Mario’s 35th. Announced in September for the holiday season. My personal prediction is that it’ll be tied to the November release of the Switch Pro (if Bloomberg is to be believed). Anything we get will be announced/released then. I’m expecting the same we got for Mario: a timed release for a Zelda “all stars” remaster (OoT HD, MM HD, maybe one more), and hopefully BOTW2. If I’m being greedy, I wouldn’t mind some of the older top-down Zelda games like the Oracles or Minish Cap redone in the new engine they made for the Link’s Awakening Switch remake.
