LG may have shut shop but it’s still selling its existing inventory of smartphones. The LG Wing is one of those devices that the company launched just last year with a unique dual-screen swivel design. It initially went on sale in India for Rs 69,990 (~$933), which is quite expensive for a Snapdragon 765G phone. However, in a surprising turn of events, the price of the LG Wing has now dropped to Rs 29,999 (~$399) on Flipkart.
The huge Rs 40,000 discount on the LG Wing comes thanks to Flipkart’s Flagship Fest Sale. The event starts on April 12 and lasts till April 15. During this time, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version of the LG Wing will be available with the aforementioned discount sans any other conditions.
You can even get a further reduction of up to Rs 16,500 if you exchange your old phone for the LG Wing.
Of course, it’s possible that the stocks of the phone will be limited during the sale. It’s also likely that the price of the Wing will go back to normal once the sale ends. LG has not announced an official price cut for the phone in India, but we expect prices of its devices to drop nevertheless now that the company may be looking to wrap up existing stocks.
