We’ll first walk you through the easiest way to download the app. After that, we’re here to help you get signed in. Ready to enter the house of mouse? Let’s get to it.

How to get Disney Plus on your Samsung TV

When you power up your Samsung TV, the first thing you’ll need is the remote. Not your cable remote, but the remote that shipped along with your TV. Once you have it and make sure that your TV is connected to the internet, follow these steps:

  1. Open your menu of apps using the home button.
  2. Navigate over to the option marked Apps and press Enter.
  3. Open the search bar and type in Disney Plus.
  4. Head to the Disney Plus icon and press Enter.

Once you download Disney Plus, you can also choose to add it to your home screen. If you use it frequently, the app will also stay in your Recents tab for faster access. Unfortunately, Samsung hasn’t brought Disney Plus to TVs older than 2016 quite yet, so you may have to turn to a Roku or Amazon Fire TV device in those cases.

  2. Type in the password for your account.
  3. Choose your profile from the list of options and get to streaming!
