Developed by Neon Giant and published by Curve Digital, The Ascent was released on July 29th, 2021 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Since its reveal back in May 2020, I’ve been waiting to finally get a chance to play this new cyberpunk IP developed by the small team at Neon Giant. With the recent release of Cyberpunk 2077, I was anxious to see how The Ascent would fare against a modern-day blockbuster game like that.
