Update, April 3 2020 (3:50AM ET): Samsung confirmed last week that it was bringing One UI 2.1 to more devices, after the update launched on the Galaxy S20 series.
Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series owners in the US won’t have to wait anymore though, as Samsung just revealed that One UI 2.1 is coming to those devices in the market from today (April 3). News of the US update comes roughly a week after Korean devices reportedly received it.
The update brings several Galaxy S20 series features to the older phones, including the Single Take mode, Night Hyperlapse, Pro Video, and custom filters. Other notable features include an improved gallery app, Quick Crop, Quick Share, and Music Share.

Original article, March 25 2020 (4:56PM ET): When the Samsung Galaxy S20 series landed, the three phones in the line came pre-loaded with Samsung One UI 2.1. This was a new version of the Android skin that no other phones had at the time.
Now, though, Samsung One UI 2.1 is coming to other phones outside of the Galaxy S20 line. In fact, two lines of devices should start seeing the update starting today.
So far, Samsung has confirmed that all devices in the Samsung Galaxy S10 family and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 family will see Samsung One UI 2.1. It appears the update is rolling out in Korea now, but it should start landing in many other countries around the world soon.

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S9 series, as well as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, should also see the upgrade to One UI 2.1 However, Samsung has yet to confirm that — it’s still just a rumor with a Samsung community moderator as the source for that information. It seems likely that those two series of devices will see the update, though, considering they already have One UI 2.0 and the upgrades of 2.1 aren’t too crazy.
Speaking of which, most of the updates within Samsung One UI 2.1 relate to the camera. Features that were emphasized heavily at the Galaxy S20 launch event are now making their way to older devices. These features include Single Take, which creates multiple forms of media from a single tap of the shutter button, as well as an improved Night Mode, the addition of Night Hyperlapse, and custom filters.
