Save up to 33%: As of Oct. 20, five sizes of Samsung’s The Frame (the 2021 model) are between 20% and 33% off at Amazon. Savings range from $202 off the 43-inch to $802 off the 75-inch.

It’s pretty common knowledge that Black Friday is prime time to buy a TV. But what if there’s stuff that you need to watch on a 4K screen before the end of November? Halloween movies? Football? 12 hours of classic Yule log fireplace with crackling sounds?

Splurge early on Samsung’s The Frame. As part of a pre-Black Friday Samsung QLED TV sale at Amazon, multiple sizes of the 2021 version of the artsy QLED TV (43 to 75 inches) are between 20% and 33% off. The best discount is on the 55-inch model, which has dropped from $1,499.99 to $997.99.

Here’s the breakdown:

The Frame is one of the internet’s favorite 4K TVs. But if you don’t know why it’s special, your first thought is probably in the right ballpark: It’s a TV that doubles as smart wall art, replacing the boring black rectangle with paintings or your photos when it’s not being watched. Pieces come pre-loaded on the TV but can be added to with a subscription to Samsung’s Art Store, or you can upload your own photos of family and friends.

Goodbye, ugly black box.

As a TV for shows and movies, the Frame’s theater quality is just as dazzling as its ambient mode. Its quantum dot technology pushes color to its full potential to provide a billion vivid hues in crisp detail — just about as lifelike as you can get without actually viewing something IRL. The AI-backed Quantum Processor 4K keeps motion on point by automatically upscaling and optimizing picture and sound for your lighting and the content being watched.
