Never has a developer dropped the ball so badly. I doubt CP2077, as a potential franchise, can come back from this reputational damage.
Even NMS was nowhere near as big of a cock up as this game at launch and what Hello Games have done since is nothing short of a miracle in developing terms. I just don’t see it being possible to do the same for CP2077.
