Save $290: As of Nov. 9, the Roborock S6 MaxV robot vacuum, which doubles as a robot mop and pet camera, has beaten its previous low price of $489.99 with an extra $30 coupon at Amazon. You’ll pay $459.99.

One of the best robot vacuum and mop hybrids just got its best discount ever — then added an extra $30 off to really seal the deal before Black Friday. Snag the Roborock S6 MaxV robot vacuum and mop for $459.99 at Amazon.

It’s likely that more robot vacuums (yes, Roombas) will see better deals as we inch toward Nov. 26. But no Roomba on the market combines the Roborock S6 MaxV’s two chief weapons simultaneously: a 2,500 Pa suction score and a mop.

Despite the power it’s using to pull in debris (including an automatic boost mode on carpets and rugs) the S6 MaxV has enough juice to sweep and mop for 180 minutes (2,580 square feet) before returning to its dock.

The dock isn’t an auto-emptying one like that of the Roborock S7, but otherwise, Roborock’s two top vacs are very similar in performance. The S6 MaxV knows to only release water on hard floors and to only clean the rooms you’ve selected on the app.

ReactiveAI obstacle technology and the dual camera system are helpful to pet owners for a few reasons. The S6 MaxV estimates the size and location of upcoming obstacles and quickly assesses how to clean around them. Smaller items like pet toys (and pet waste, according to Roborock) won’t accidentally get in the way while the S6 MaxV is patrolling for pet hair.

The cameras can also be used to keep tabs on your pet — you can see what the robot sees as it roams to your desired areas. That’s a feature typically only seen in vacuums over $1,000, like the Samsung Jet Bot AI+.
