Only people I see saying it’s a brilliant move putting games on PC are xbox fans, and then their attempts to try and make it seem like the Sony fans are the ones saying it…like you are in your comment.
Until Sony actually does this same thing for all their games, I don’t see why they’re being criticized for doing it, when they have shown no intention of doing so, so seems like premature to call out hypocrisy on it. Even if Sony had a few in there that were cross gen, I’m sure people would play that up as their entire library to mitigate MS doing it for all their libraries. People seem to love false equivalencies when they can’t make a good argument.
personally, I’d be disappointed if Sony goes the same route, and I wouldn’t be saying it’s a brilliant business move. I’d be saying that I was disappointed that Sony wasn’t trying to push their new hardware with the advances the next gen will bring. I don’t expect full on 100% utilization of all the new hardware, but something to show that a new gen has come that goes beyond prettier graphics.
X1X is already a better console than either PS4. It still hasn’t outsold either PS4, either collectively, or individually. XSX is unlikely to outsell PS5, as MS problem isn’t hardware, and it never was.
