Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Runs Slightly Better On PS5 Compared to XSX

You are not being particularly different from him though. Using 10-15% as the metric when that percentage still translates to roughly a 1sec difference, which is basically irrelevant.

As for the rest of the comparison, the screen tearing is because they added vsync, thats all. You can clearly see in the video and by his comments that both are basically identical and the difference is down to less than 1fps lower on ps5 on average but since it doesnt have vsync it doesnt tear.

Same thing with the resolution, he directly mentions that he would not be surprised if either console has the same lower bound and he just didnt experience it in the beginning of the game, its not particularly easy to perfectly replicate drops in resolution in gameplay on dynamic resolution.

At the end of the day, both consoles are practically identical, you would assume the screen tearing will be fixed, as it comes directly from the developer choosing to use vsync and anyone talking about any one console version being better than the other certainly didnt pay much attention to the video
