You will need to buy the Yuffie episode for $19.99 on the PS Store.
(that’s according to two articles on a google search. Considering that the Save Upload is kinda the same as Spider-Man, I wonder if Yuffie DLC will be accessed the same way as how Standard Edition Miles Morales owners can upgrade to get Remastered, which is also only accessible through the in-game interface)
