It’s a dedicated handheld with 4c/8t Zen 2 CPU and 8 RDNA 2 cores. About similar power as a base PS4 GPU and faster CPU than PS4/Xbox One. Additionally you can install any operating system you want. It comes with Steam OS 3. You can download a lot of games and play them from the internal memory 64/256/512GB (only last 2 are NVME btw). You can also use USB or micro SD storage.
