Are you interested in grabbing a new Samsung foldable but worried about how you’d protect it? A set of leaked renders has now revealed a suite of official case designs that may be on offer when the Galaxy Z Flip 3 makes its official debut.
The renders, stemming from 91Mobiles, showcase several ways in which users might be able to protect their devices while adding a splash of personality to them in the process.
Samsung will seemingly offer a few standard cases tasked with protecting the phone’s edges. While this case runs the entire length of the phone when the device is unfolded, it does leave the hinge exposed when folded. This means that even with a case, users will still have to be extremely careful when handling the Galaxy Z Flip 3.
Interestingly, the below case designs on display add a key ring to the phone’s hinge area. This should let users attach the device to a lanyard. It could double as an extra handhold when using the device. Another design packs a strap with “Flip” branding emblazoned on it.
Notably, all case designs accommodate the device’s larger cover display and camera array. It’s more proof that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will feature this long-rumored refreshed design.
Finally, expect a wealth of colorways on offer. The leaks suggest that lavender, gold, and a dark blue/orange case combo will feature. These cases may be had in leather or silicone finishes.
There are purported official cases from Samsung, so expect third-party case makers to offer products with more protection or variations on these designs.
